Kaustubha Udyog is one of the leading manufacturers of pressure switches for over 30 years. Our customer base spans a wide spectrum of industry. Our products find application in light & heavy engineering industry, automation systems, paint systems, textile machinery, pump systems, boilers, process industry, gas mixing systems and various R & D laboratories, medical equipments, space & defence areas. Alongwith our associate concern M/s Supreme Industries, we cover a wide range of pressure switches from vaccum to 600 bar.

Kaustubha Udyog was started in 1977 in a modest way to manufacture differential pressure switches and high pressure switches. Since the emphasis was on learning the total concept of pressure switching, the design of the switches & all the testing facilities were manufactured in house. This provided a complete insight into the working of pressure switches & simultaneously ingrained a culture of continuous improvisation of products in the company personnel. Rigorous quality checks & testing methods led to an inbuilt reliability in every pressure switch that left the factory premises. The result was a growing number of clients & a growing market with cross references. Today, between both the sister concerns, numerous pressure switches are silently working on the field at various sites & on various applications. This troublefree service has given us repeat orders from many a reputed client.

We have subcontracted 100 percent of our parts & hence our workforce comprises only a small core group of efficient, and skilled employees. Quality Assurance

We are an ISO 9001 : 2000 company registered with BSI. Quality Assurance is an attitude of everyone at Kaustubha Udyog. The emphasis from everyone at Kaustubha Udyog is not on defect detection, but on defect prevention and elimination.

The QA team is not under Production and reports directly to Management. We also have products certified under European and International standards like the ATEX and IECEx. Each and every product that leaves our premises is checked for published parameters 100%. No batch inspection for finished products is undertaken at Kaustubha Udyog.

Research & Development

We have a core R & D team which designs new switches and modifies the existing ones to suit client requirements. We work on modern workstations using advanced software's like Prof wildfire to cut down on product development cycles, as also to accurately engineer products, with relevant fault analysis at the design stage itself.

Our Team

We have a small but dedicated core team for design and manufacture of pressure switches, pressure difference switches and vacuum switches. The team is headed by Mr. Ravi Moholkar with an experience of over 20 years in various industries like Engineering, Automobile, Instrumentation at various managerial levels across several functions.

The success and growth of this firm can be attributed to several of colleagues with cumulative experience in Quality Assurance, Finance, Marketing and several other functions over a long span of past 15 years. Our design engineers have added a lot of exciting products which have proved path breaking in some of the unique applications they were designed for.
